When was the deadline for hccp in 2020?

Hi all. . .
I submitted my application beginning of July in 2020.
I am wondering it is ging to be accepted or rejected for next year.

I got the news that it was filled with 2750 applicants in November 2020.
I am waiting without AOP.
I don't want to be submitted the documents again and wait another year.

Another question is that employer will be asked with questions like kind of interview by phone call from IRCC.

Is HCCP really going on the process?
I haven't listened anyone got work permit yet.

Nobody know the exact date about until when they going to accept aplications I applied on february and still waiting for an AOR or any new. This is so frustating and seems like a nightmare for everyone who is waiting for a visa

I’m concerned too since they open this program nobody got work permit yet. The process takes forever
