I applied back on Nov 2023 and visa was refused due to no ties to home country, however i never attached my kids birth certificate along with Job and college letter nonetheless my vehicle registration, which i did on the new one to correct my current application, in very first application refusal came back in 16 days, i saw other cases that people gets declined in the very 16 days as well, now im kind of positive this one is going in a positive way because its been 38 days when my country processing time is 37. So do think i have passed the eligibility or approved?

It's neither positive or negative. We still see many applications refused after long processing times.

Good luck and hope you get a positive outcome.

Thank you very much.

Yeah reasoning why i was asking is because most people says that refusal comes quicker since application normally go thru eligibility procedures which where they determine you are applicable or not to move on with the other steps.

But very thank you for your quick response.

I don't really agree with that but of course everyone is entitled to their opinion of the process. Good luck again.
