When using the "come to canada" online tool, PNP nominee get a negative result

I got PNP letter.
But there's no PNP option in the "come to canada" tool. So I received a negative result.
I know I can still start the profile, but would it allow me to enter the pool if I got a negative result?

You have to be qualified under FSWP, FSTP or CEC to be eligible for express entry. The PNP nomination is just for additional points. If you are not qualified, you have to submit through the normal process (paper application.)

But that doesn't make sense for PNP applicants under "international post graduate" category. PNP doesn't require work experience and express entry need a job offer.
