When to take the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar(PDOS)

Hello,

Does anybody know when to take the PDOS? I just received my COPR last January 24, 2018. Should I be receiving an email or notification on when to take the PDOS? or Am I good to go now, and schedule my appointment for PDOS before leaving the country? Im planning to land in Canada this April. Thank you in advance for your answers.

If Philippines to Canada yes it's mandatory to have a pedos from cfo. Hindi ka papaalisin ng immigration pag walang pdos. Madaming naharang dahil walang cfo sticker.
