Hi all,
Can I send my wife's sponsoship application to Missisaga visa office, without her PCC from USA. Because I think it may take another month to receive her PCC from USA. Please give your suggestions. Thank you.

Regards,
Sudhakar.

I am positive that it is most likely required to be submitted at the same time as the full application.

Look at the applicants check sheet to be sure what the requirements are.

You should send it at same time as the application. It's better to wait a month for it rather than rushing to send it now and be refused later.

Thank you guys. But I read somewhere in the forum that we can send it once the file is sent to New Delhi visa office. Thank you.

I may be mistaken and perhaps you should join in one of the New Delhi threads to check. But it was my assumption that the PCC had to be submitted at the same time as the main application or you could risk it being returned from CIC if its found not to be included.

The applicants guide is quite clear that you should include Medical as well as any PCC required when you send in your application.

I am aware of some of the folks here who instead choose to just wait to send it in along with waiting for a request for medical. These are not always wise choices and as such you are playing roulette with your application. CIC may or may not return the entire application to you as incomplete. You would waste all that money for the shipping of the application, and all the time while you wait for them to figure it out and send it back to you. Why would you do something like that with something as important as this?

My suggestion, include EVERYTHING they request in the guide and don't skimp. Take your time the first time and you won't have to worry about doing it a second.

Good luck.

also keep in mind, that since Ottawa is now approving applicants 1 month after receiving the file, NOT sending it in with the application will most certainly cause a delay in approval. generally, people wait to send it in because there is usually a considerable amount of time when the application sits in queue waiting to be opened. at this point for us applicants, it is not wise to wait for it to be requested.
