Because the 200 cap for my NOC is filling very quickly. I am planning to
Submit my application after 365days + 1 day of work. Is it okay ?

I always suggest applying with a one week buffer, but yes after 52 weeks of full time employment,
you become eligible.

Do your self a favor and apply with 53-54 weeks of work experience.

I applied first time after exactly 2 years of experience but officer miscalculated my time frame for some reason and refused my application saying i was mission 12days
Second time it got accepted and I got PPR in exactly 7 months time
so i would say give yourself a margin of 1-2 weeks over 1 year experience

Just make sure that your work experience letter has a date issued on it that is at least a couple of weeks after completing 1 year.

This is to give room for miscalculations on part of VO's as well as to account for any vacation days you might have taken in your 1 year of experience. Not sure if it matters, but, just in case.
