When to submit application fees for myself and wife

Hi,

I have started with my immigration and performed Degree equivalence from CES and got 6 in IELTS.

My question:

• How much chance do i have of getting immigration
• When do we submit the application fees for myself and dependents. Do we have to submit at later stage after creating and submitting profile for Express Entry or at the time of Submitting.

You cant pay any fees first you have to make a EE profile that will assign you a score and then if your score is above the cut off for draw you will receive invitation to apply. Then you will be able to pay fees and submit docs.

At this time you dont qualify for canadian immigration. You need to improve your english.
