When to sign and ship the applicaton Oct 11 or Oct 12

Hi Guys, I qualified today (1461 days) under old rule.
Should i wait till Oct 11 to get a lot of buffer?
or should I just go ahead and apply today?
I know there is no right answer but I'd appreciate your opinion

Honestly i wouldnt want to be in the category of the new law people. I feel yours will still be faster than theirs. You feel me? Because there will be less in your category as against half a million applying

Has anyone called IRCC yet?

I tried 3 times today. 2 times I got disconnected. 3rd time I got through, and I was "lucky" enough to get this agent who asked me what my question was 3 times, I repeated it (when can we sign?), she then said "okay so as I understand it you want to sign on Oct 11, correct?". I said "yes, correct". She said "let me put you on a brief hold". Mind you that was after 29 or so minutes of waiting to get to her. I said "sure". I sh*t you not I was on hold for 44 minutes and she either forgot about me or couldn't figure it out herself. Then I lost it and just hung up, I was sure at the time that she forgot about me. I tried calling just now - got disconnected again.

I think I will just sign it on the 12th and let a few thousand people ahead of me on the 11th, but I will sleep well instead...

I personally agree with @ukulele, anyhow when one starts filling out online calculator, there is a field of the date you will sign your application, put October 11th, if all goes well and it says you are eligible, go for it!
