when to send FBI PCC to WVO

My file got transfered to WVO for processing, I have received my FBI PCC , shall I send it to WVO now or wait for their request which usually comes with RPRF ?

1. If you have the Visa office file no. send it now, before it expires.

I guess validity of PCC is 1 year from the date of issue, mine was issued in Oct 14, so I have time in that respect.
Also, lot of people saying they usually ask for the PCC at the time of MR and RPRF so wait till that time.
