Need to renew WP online. It says on the website I have to do so at least 30 days in advance. Just to be in the safe side, how early in advance can I submit an online application? Current WP expires in 3 months. Thanks.

Under the supporting documents of the online document checklist, it says I must provide a police certificate. Does anyone know what I need to do about this? Thanks.
