When to Expect PPR after being told everything on file is done by Call center- Outland CEC

Hi all,

I am an outland CEC candidate, I was told ( ( on Nov 4th, 2021)) by IRCC call center that my file has completed all steps and I should expect an email request for my passport.

Does anyone know how long this should take ?

Hi what did you asked to the agent? I called today and she refused to open my file

I've had the same response a few times as well.

This time, I called to make sure they received an additional document I submitted and the agent just told me about my file as he was looking at it.
