Approximately 2-3 months after AOR - I received my medicals request

Your AOR was on 21st Jan 2015 and mine was 14th Jan 2015. I have not received my medical so far. Is something wrong here? I applied for my wife and kids too. This is the reason you got medical request before me?

I have my AOR but in email it says do not submit any documents until asked. I did not submitted by PCC's earlier. So should I wait to submit PCC's or send the same to Nova scotia office?

My application was received on Sept. 2, 2014, got my AOR on Jan. 13, 2015.
It looks like a few applicants from Jun 30 and Jul 2 2014 received their MR today. Judging from the way things are going, we can expect to receive our MR approximately 2 months from now at the earliest.

In the checklist it's also mentioned that don't send the PCC, unless request by an officer, in the case when PCC is not submitted with application. What you have to say on this?
