When to add dependent spouse details in the application ?

Hi,
I had submitted by ITA application on 23rd november and then i got married on 26th november ( just three days after filing ITA).
So when should i add my dependent spouse details in my application?
shall i wait for COPR and then add my spouse details in the application?
will my CRS will be recalculated?
Please suggest.
Anyone will similar case could guide me in the situation.

You need to inform IRCC now and add the spouse to your application as well.
