When the visa office refuse the application..

Hello friends..

Any body know ..If the visa office ( I hope the good luck for every one )... so if the office refuse the vise, do they refuse it and give the answer after 5 ..6 ..month...??
or they tell during 2 .. 3 month ??

I mean do they tell from the beginning, or late ??

Nola,
They can reject your application at various stages. The sponsorship, background check, relationship genuineness. Is there a certain part you are worried about? As for how they tell you, I'm not 100%. I believe you get an e-mail or a letter and they tell you why you were rejected. The sponsorship comes first, so you would find that out in the beginning. As for the background/relationship checks, those come later on.

We saw decision made on the the website and in less than a week both he and I received the notice.

That will happen only in case u hv something drasticaly wrong at ur end like in case of sponsorship...............f snopsor doesnt meet all the pre-requisites it will b refused if that is approved then next come will b ur background check n verifcations etc etc n that is a simultaneous process like they send across documents to all concerned at once so it may take time ...................... n when they will get results if they get any negative result they can close or refuse the case but again that will b done on a fixed date which varies from one embassy to another depending upon volume of applications under process n staff available.............................in my case at Pakistan wt i can calculate they r opening file after 2 n half month so till that time we hv to wait when they open file only then they can decide anything.........................................good or bad wtever

in our case we got notification by email the same day our status was changed to decision made.
