when the fess suppose to be paid ?

Hi ,
in the PNP i'm confused about application's fees , the fees should be paid in the initial submission to the application for the province or it should be paid after receiving the nomination letter and submit the papers tot the CIC ?

If you mean the fee of PR Visa application to CIC, that should be paid after u got ur nomination. I believe there is no fee needs to be paid in applying province nomination(at least that's the case in Manitoba).
