It means decision has been taking on ur case and this can be either, it depends.

that time,,no one know about approval or refusal dear,, you can get approval mail soon otherwise final decision will be on your PP,,,

Can not predict anything from the changed status!
You will receive a mail.. or check your pasport directly (as sometimes you might not receive a mail)

firstly status changes then system sends u a autonomous mail i think....

No status change for me but I received an email from the embassy today stating that my study permit application has been approved. I applied via VFS, paper application.
