My wife is finishing her study in 3 months, If he applies for the post-graduate work permit, I would be eligible to apply with her at the same time or she has to find a job first and then I can apply?
When spouse of International student can get open-work permit after his/her study is finished?

She has to find a job classified as NOC 0,A or B first. See bottom of this link and also the C41 poilicy in second link

Thanks, I'm trying to apply for Express Entry and include my wife as depend, in this case, I can stay in Canada until a decision has been made on my application? (I'm a holder of open-Work permit)
