When shud we send our passports after medicals ?

hi dear frds
i have given my medicals and when shud i send my passport and fee .. after how many days??
We got medical , fee and passport request from New Delhi together
490$ each for adults is that the only fee or their is any visa fee also plz share

Dear, Be assertive.

If you get medical and passport request, i think you get 45 days limit. Well, if so, don't wait for 45 days.
Complete your Medical asap and after 2-3 days of it, send your PP and medical reports.

For Fee, if you don't send it along with full document, send it now as per guideline. It is a landing fee and i think the final payment you have to pay up to visa getting.

If you have already sent fees along with full document and got receipt of it, just send xerox copy of that receipt along with cover letter. In Cover letter, you may have to mention your file number and fee detail.

Send Passports after the DMP sends his report. Sometimes due to some mistake in tests the DMP again calls and you may require passports.

In that case no harm in sending your pps now to your CHC.
-The meds were over on 16/4/2010, thus it's result/s might have already reached the CHC.
-Don't wait... send the pps NOW.

Better is to send PP just on the same day after the medical examination, but in ur case as I know u have to appear for ur IELTS so send it immediately after ur exam.

Prepare a cover letter and mention all details about medical date and what are u going to send,draft details, PP numbers etc in it, then append

-Copy of CHC demand letter for Medical+PP request
-Photos( if they require it again)
-Copy of Receipt of DMP's fees
-RPRF DD
-Duly filled form for Height/Eye color
-Original PPs

put all in a single envelope and then send. I hope after that u ll get ur visa soon cuz ur medicals have already reached there at CHC quite earlier than PP submission. It will save time.

You don't have to send any form for eye, etc. It is the responsibility of DMP to send your all the medical reports to CHC. Thats why you pay fees.

Just attach cover letter, your receipt of medical fees, Letter of Medical request, passport request, Landing Fee request (if any) with DD and passports. if you and any of your accompanying family member have expired passport, mention it also in cover letter with passport no.

You don't have to send any form for eye, etc. It is the responsibility of DMP to send your all the medical reports to CHC. Thats why you pay fees...

May be cuz, in my second full application ( sent to CHC, ND) the info regarding height of my daughter was different from that given in my first application (sent to NS), she increased 1 inch 8), lols, ;D however i did mention this in cover letter when full application sent to CHC!
