When should provide extra documents

Hello
few things really bother me .please put me in correct way
several months i was abroad [may or may not] require PCC[later]
so i must firstly upload my documents , IF will be asked for PCC then i take it
OR
before ITA i have to act out to take pcc
which one is more correct?
i ask this because regularly i have to upload those things i have claimed , but there are extra documents if needed later
how i can know which documents may need later
which one at the time of ITA

i appreciate if you help me

applicant should get PCC before ITA[before asking ...may or may not needed]
or
first wait , then if ask[require] as extra documents should take ?

PCC is mandatory for your home country / country of residence and if any other place you hace stayed more than 6 months . For some countires it might take longer time. So its advisable atleast to be aware of all the procedures and be ready , so that the moment you receive ITA you should be able to get them asap.As you have 60 days post ITA to upload documents .

i mea PCC from other country applicant was
You mean
applicant should not wait till officer ask for PCC
may be not needed

and must enroll for getting pcc before ITA
