When should I upload deferred LOA ?? Your views ??

I am awaiting result for my study permit application.

I am expecting it soon..
Can you please tell me when should update IRCC my defered LOA of May 2021....

1. Before PPR/STAMPING

2. After PPR/STAMPTING

3. Any other suggesstion
(As 150 days are not exceeded)

LOA is dated as 04-feb..
