When should i send the FSW application

hi, i am already ready with all the docs for FSW application, can i send it today. I know that there was an earlier announcement that they would take applications starting may1..is that confirmed?..or is there going to be a new annoucement?

Waiting one more day will not make any difference to your application. I would suggest you to wait till 1st May CIC Canadian working hours and then check the application package.

Better to wait 24 hours more than to regret later for months.
 
thanks man..makes sense..i am still surprised since there hasnt been any new annnouncements on their website..
one more question
I am in USA but an indian national, so my Visa office would be CIC: Ottawa, ontario and the address to send the docs to would be Sydney, canada right?

Your Visa office is CPC-Ottawa in case you have resided in USA for more than 1 year. However, you can also choose New Delhi as your Visa office being an Indian National.

If you choose New Delhi then at a later Visa office processing stage, you have to submit your original passport at New Delhi Visa office.

Your Application for FSWP to be sent at Sydney-Nova scotia-Canada. Pls refer to the instruction guide for the address.
 
I think most of people ignored the fact that the forms change last year had been warned before May 4, 2013, in the backgrounder news on April 17, 2013. The IMPORTANT NOTICE highlights the message. But this year we dont see any info about the forms change.
 
Me too ready with all documents just watching for forms to get updated

Totally agreed, I am applying for 2014 2171 quota and I have sent my application yesterday from India. I don't think forms will change for FSW category as I can see some of the forms are of March 2014.

I am also mostly ready, but do not we think we have all prepared on basis of previous FSW guidelines and forms.

How we will get to know or can be assured of the fact that there will absolutely NO changes in Forms/requirements?

While , we surely can expect its going to be similar, but never know , even if a small change, it will require huge efforts to rectify it if send early/
before the docs are available.

I would rather wait till the 2014 package is available, once package is available check against what I have prepared and then send it.

proof of funds

hi..i want to know regarding proof of funds..should i sumbit bank certificate showing the balance in the accout? or i have to submit bank statement..?
as on the document checklist it says..
current back certification letter
