Hi everyone,
I am very close to finish filling all my applications forms (Spouse-Sponsorship, I live in Canada with my Canadian Husband but I am applying as outside of Canada) and found that the instruction on when to send my medical report confusing.
At the beginning pages of the Instruction Guide, The Medical Requriement instructions goes like:
Information on medical instructions will be provided to you. (also highlighted in original copy) When you receive your assessment notice you will also receive medical forms for yourself (and any accompanying dependants if applicable), instructions and how to access a list of doctors in your area who are authorized to conduct immigration medical examinations (see below). You are not required to have a medical examination before you submit your application forms.
So here it says i don't need to have a medical exam before i submit my forms.
However...
When i was looking at the instruction at the end pages of the Instruction Guide, it says,
When submitting your application To the Case Processing Centre in Alberta,
attach all of the forms completed by both you and your spouse or common-law partner. Ensure that all forms have been filled out and signed and that you have included all supporting documentation, including proof of the medical examination and your receipt. Your application will not be processed if even one document is missing.
So here it is asking for the proof of medical exam???
I am really confused about if I should do the Medical exam now or should i wait until cic send an letter back to me.
Would really appreciate it if anyone can answer my question. Thank You!!
