When should I receive AOR??

Hello, guys,,

I received the application delivery confirmation Email by CIC Aug 18 and it shows CIC received my application Feb. 27 2014.
However, I still waiting AOR.

Should I wait more? or should I contact to CIC?

Please advise me.

If you received the email from CIC, indicating that they received your application on Feb 27, 2014...that IS your AOR.
