Most of the applicants including me who have In process with date, just like yours, have a brought forward date of 120 days from the date of in process.

My in process with date is 15 March 2012 and as per my caipes notes the b/fwd date is 13 July 2012. Any progress will happen around this date.

NOW majorly things depend on the much awaited news from Kenny regarding the pre June's backlog bill.

Hope this helps,

keep praying,
M

Thanks a lot @ Munir.ladha for your kind help.

Gashe hi,

Cheer up bud- you are one of those lucky ones with IP with date. After this very limited chances of anything going wrong, can't be sure about this though- the entire process is filled with uncertainty.

4/5 cases of Jan and Feb IP with date have received MR (NDVO cases). Check lubob and lokoloko's threads for timely progress.

B/fwd date is when the file will be worked on next- request for missing or updated (PCC, funds) docs, MR's, RPRF, Passport etc are the docs they will ask for. Order for caipes notes, that will give you clarity on your file status.

your friends who got JD mismatch was their ecas- IP with date or Decision Made?

Well that's what the buzz was in Jan/Feb/march when cases in good numbers where getting migrated to IP with date in ecas. I was certain about this when my caipes revealed the same.

Rarely cases have turned from IP with date to DM followed by JD mismatch case; caipes notes should give a clarity on such issues.

best wishes bro
