When is the best time to get ahold of cic? There is always high call volume....

They apparently open at 8am your local time. That's the only time we were able to get through.

I agree that 8 am is the best time but You can call whenever you want just make sure to repeat several times in a row and you will make it.

I always got through little bit faster around 2-3pm.

but avoided Monday and Friday (too busy)
