My family and I are applying under the federal express entry and I got a question regarding the university enrolment in advance. Since the duration of the federal check is not defined, based on others experiences we Can enter Canada for the 2020 September or November but it could be earlier or later and it is not clear.
The college that I will be applying to, says the deadline for applying is until February 2020 and my program only has fall enrolment. So now the thing that I am trying to understand is that while it is not certain when we will enter Canada, is it possible to apply for universities when we land Canada while it is after the deadlines?
