I have a query regarding that...as in nov.2008 new list came but they applied it the ppl who applied after feb.2008. Can this kind of situation arise again?
Do u think that they will omit 4131 or general physicians?

Sorry I do not have the link with me now but it can be seached on this forum as it was published here and also at CIC website media centre

I can not say at all wht will be added or omitted and only time will tell when will it be implented from

if this list of NOC comes out on 30 sept 2010, pls confirm will it be applied for all applns made after 1st May 2010??? pls guide since i m going to apply on June 21st under 0213 NOC and my IELTS is scheduled on 17th July ...

I don't have any idea about when these changes are going to happen or who all the applicant will be considered??

Pls take advice from "PMM" I suppose he must be having fair idea about the same.

PMM - Your inputs on this as this will be a great help to the people who are planning to apply in next couple of months.

pls confirm from where you have received this news .... is it correct that we need to send IELTS test reports while applying to CIO, Sydney .... and if the new list of NOC comes, will it be applied for all applns made after May 2010??? pls guide since i m going to apply on June 21st under 0213 NOC and my IELTS is scheduled on 17th July ... is 0213 NOC really going to be on the removal radar ... pls guide

RECOMMENDATION 1
