When it come to 481

I was waiting for WES Transcripts for over two months. Received on May 19th Only. Submitted my profile where I came to know my score is 481. I lost 2-3 great oppurtuities only due to WES. Feel Frustrated

Hopefully! as I am getting anxious. I have obtained Employment Reference Letters from all except one...I just even worried that 10 months experience could haunt me!!

481 is a wonderful score so i dont think you need to be frustrated about it. I would be surprised if you didnt get ITA within the next 2-3 months, possibly sooner.

Thanks for the encouragement Guys....I have few queries though on Reference Letters..Let me know if someone could help me with that...as I need to be assured what I am doing is right. Also I am not using Consultant...I am doing things on my own!

481 is a wonderful score. I'm pretty sure you should get an invite in the next 2-3 draws.
I'm not sure if I can help you with reference letters but I can definitely talk about using a consultant. I went through a consultant and personally regretted the decision. Not because they did not do their job well, but more so because you don't have any control over your profile. They do not share any details with you and you are left to their mercy for any updates. Moreover, a lot of times (everytime rather) the answers I received in this forum gave me a better idea on what decision to take during my PR process.

This is a wonderful forum and you can get literally any answer to your queries here. Ensure you have all the required documents supporting your profile and I'm sure you will manage very well by doing things on your own. All the best for your PR process!

Just for a curious cause.

How did u manage to get such a good score? 481..!!! ;D

I am also handling all myself.

But very difficult to get a job offer or provincial nomination.

This is great MashAllah. Your profile has similarities to mine, but I am currently on 441 and waiting for my ECA from CES for my recently completed Masters degree. When ECA comes, I am also expecting to be at 481 InshAllah.

I have a 4 years Bachelors degree and 2 years Masters degree from Pakistan, IELTS CLB Level 10 and above, 3+ years of foreign work experience, age 27, marital status single.

Make sure that your employment letters meet all the criteria:

The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:

a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),

should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and

Don't worry. I did not get ref letter from my old employer. Instead I simply provided pay stubs and their offer letter. I got my PR, no issues.
