When is the proof of fund required ????

Hi everyone,

If anyone here can answer my question here, I would be grateful ;D

When sending my documents for the first time should I include :
- proof of fund
- police clearance certificate
- medical check

I'm just confused about these three documents if any of them is a must or not, also would it make my application go faster if I submitted them or not.

I have a problem exactly with the proof of fund as I was planning to make it ready if my application is accepted as I have to sell some stuff ... So is it required now or it will be required after the acceptance....

You must include proof of funds with your original application. If you do not include proof of funds with your original application - it will be refused.

you don't send a medical check at the beginning, they will request it from you by sending the forms... and then you take the forms to the specific clinic to do the medical.
as for proof of funds, you have to send them with the initial application, and most probably they will ask for an update on those funds later down the line though the process.

What about the police certificate !!!

If you have a look at the FSW applicant - document checklist on the link below, you'll find the answer:

No. 18 addresses the police clearance certificate:

"You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However we recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to aviod delays. You must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer."

So the choice is yours,

- proof of fund - REQUIRED WITH THE APPLICATION
- police clearance certificate - CAN BE SENT WITH APPLICATION OR LATER WHEN ASKED BY VISA OFFICE
- medical check - AT A LATER STAGE WHEN ASKED BY VISA OFFICE
