When is next round of invitation, #14 express entry, any guesses?

Yeah, it bit unpredictable. Except in Jan and May, CIC has done minimum two draws each month and first draw only a week far from the second draw in that month. If this pattern were to be followed then i guess we are still a week or ten day away from #14. I am waiting to fill the bottom raw in list below.
