Just the basic one.. so that one could get to know the real reason behind refusal.. In the note, Visa officer states their intentions on which ground Or actual basis they are refusing the application...

Yeah!! Condition must be fulfilled by dec 31st....I.e. I have to register for class and sent my official doc from uni......
I have received funding from prof...for the financial part....but my toefl is 103 and expired....I have GRe also...which s not expired .....I hope the high comission will have mercy....

Capis- did 3 year diploma course and want to do 2 year diploma course. There is no progression seems in applicant. "Application refused"
