It's normal. Canadian colleges are giving offer letters after 5 months now. I applied to Algonquin in sept 2017...i also applied to seneca...i got offer from algonquin in jan 2018...but seneca is still processing my application...due to high no. Of applications...they are taking upto 6 mnths as well...and seneca is known for giving offer letters after ages!! Just apply to another cllg as well as a backup option

Update on our case ,
My cousin applied thu Chandigarh on March 22 for may intake ,(
His Vfs status today is passport dispatched ,
One of his frnd who applied 19 March got update on April ,

Means your cousin get visa today and your friend got it earlier in April......am I right ?
But i dont really have that much time
I also need to apply for my visa after getting the offer letter

He is waiting for passport ,& his frnd received passport with visa on April 28
