Well, decision is yours my friend. But I will strongly recommend you to defer your application. I have a friend who applied on Dec. 1 with strong profile, he got rejectiom bcz deadline was 31 nov. Just wait for sept. Intake. Dont take risk.
Well you don't need uci number and application number if u applied paper based...just leave these two things blank...create an account...and get GCKey...create your username password and security questions...then link ur application by filling your pass0rt details and course details
To link my application, I created my account first. Once you're done with your account, you will see an option : Link you application.
Click that and start the process...fill details...like date of birth...country of residence...country of passport....passport no....issue ate...expiry date...place of birth...given name...family name...course details like...course start date...finish date...DLI number...and then link it
