I didn't get any approval letter....just i checked my online status....it was approved...and passport has been sent via blue dart...and in the passport it was stamped...

You need to submit ur passport to the embassy....they will stamp....if your profile is approved...do not delay your process...

I applied study visa for university

That means General. Universities dont have SPP category. So after SPP, 1st preference for review goes to university applicants.

My question is that, if I got a study permit based on LOA in DLI located in Manitoba and for September intake, can I change the DLI to be for January intake and for different course and different Province (Alberta ).
