When continuing your answers on a separate sheet of paper do they want you to print out another copy of the form and continue or answers in the same section or can I use a sheet of notebook paper and write clearly in black ink. Will that be excepted or must i have another copy of the form? Just don't want anything returned because i used the wrong thing. Maybe I am overthinking. Just curious as to how other people continued their answers when they didn't have enough space. Thanks for reading :D

For any additional pages I included what I did was make sure at the top/ bottom of each additional page I wrote my name, DOB, UCI/ File # (if you have one), sponsor/sponsored persons name, DOB etc. I also put the corresponding form number on my additional pages. I had a headline for which form it correlated with, 'Additional Family Information' etc and I would retype the whole question I was answering followed by my answer. I hope this helps =D

Name: _______
DOB: ________
UCI:_________
Sponsor Name:______
Sponsor DOB:_______

ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION

Question 1: _________?
Answer: ________________________

Question 2:__________?
Answer:_________________________

We just typed ours on a blank sheet of paper, putting the form number and question number at the top and also the name of the applicant and sponsor.

When I added another sheet I put the IMM # on the top of the page and the the of the question then the answer. Then I stapled that sheet to the end of the original forms.
