when exactly do we send the proof of our relationship???

well things r goin so fast dat she is worried to change it now...but later in future she will forsure change it...she is a live-in caregiver and is going to apply for her pr and put as her dependant...if she change her name now it will be hard for her to change da name in all her documents...one more i need to ask...v got married jus a week b4 i was leaving would dat smhow effect ? v have been together for 2years and 3 months ... dats y im tryin to gather all da evidence of past 2 yrs ... orelse da immigration wud think its a marriage of convenice...which it is not at all ... we love each oda and hv been in relationship since january of 2009...but the sad part is we dont really hv enuf proof....

You can try to explain your situation about the phone bills, but if your wife has her bills of incoming calls, that would also work. It will sure click in their minds that it's a marriage of convenience since you got married a week before you were forced to leave. So you have two choices: either you file your application now, and face some delays due to issues you are mentioning and also 90% chances are that you will get called for an interview, and god fobid if it gets rejected then you will have to file an apeal and I know a few applicants they have been dealing with situations like these since and are in process since 2007 and they are still waiting for VISA. 2nd choice is that you dont file now and tell your wife to visit you then gather enough proof and apply after 6months or even a year. Either way you will have to face some challenges since your case is a little different. If I was in your situation I would wait and gather enough proofs to prove the genuienity of your relationship...

I know it doesnt make sence ...but i found that if you send complete package...it take longer to get visa. I know some ppl who applied application with something missing. Like phone history, photos, financial support doc, missing signature of her..so on. Embassy called them to collect/correct them. They all got visa with in 6 months.
I know few, including my self, send complete package. Embassy didnt call us to collect/correct anything. Most of my friend got visa after 10 months or so. And I am still waiting for visa in my 9th month. We all deal with Colombo - Sri Lanka.
Not sure why it happend like this.
Please dont take this as advice...I just pointed here what i seen with our office.

It won't be enough. You should send all the proof you have with the application when you send it to Mississauga. Later, yes, you can add additional proof, but this additional proof is usually proof from after the application was submitted - more phone logs, evidence from a trip taken after the app was sent, and so on. An application that is complete and has a lot of proof that the relationship is real is usually processed faster than the average, so it is worth it to submit a good application in the first place.
Since the visa officer will probably think it is a marriage of convenience - when a failed refugee claimant gets married a week before he has to leave Canada, it looks like a MOC - you will need a lot of proof that the relationship has lasted for a while. If you don't have much, get affidavits from friends and relatives stating that the relationship is real. For the phone records in your friend's name, don't just use a letter from him - get an affidavit from him explaining the situation.

Just by writing letters and explainations, they won't believe a word you say unless you provide them the evidence...So gather everything you can and submit all at once and hope for the best!

how should i prove dat i was using his cellphone...i have given dat number everywhere even in goverment places...but how and wat shud i gather as a proof to make dem believe i was the one using the fone ?

1. Get an affidavit from him stating that he got the phone for you to use, and that in fact you are the only one who uses it (if that is in fact true - if you two were both using the phone, don't bother with using this as evidence).
2. Copy government forms and other types of forms where you put that number as your phone number, and include it as part of your evidence.

heres da problem
i was in toronto as a refugee claimant.i failed da case and return to pakistan 2 months ago...
me and wife been together since 2009 but unfortunatly hv only have 2 or 3 pics from 2009 summers and hv a lot from 2010 and 2011..which also include her and my frnds...
2ndly v dont hv a chat records to prove our 2 yrs of realtionship....v do have phone records which goes back to 2009
but da problem wid it is...my fone was under my frnds name... as i had a bad credit so i wasnt allowed to get a contract... my frnd has wrote a informal letter stating dat i used this account of his.
other den dat v can get all r frnds 2 write a affadivt saying de know us as a couple from past 2 yrs...
dats all v have to prove r relationship is 2 yrs old b4 marrying ech oda
before coming to pakistan v got married so v also have wedding pics to prove dat... i also have a greeting card congratulation me and my wife from my parents...which has an envelop also stating it came from Dubai where my parents r .... i also have screen shots, chat logs, her fone bills, western union recipts..from past 2 months since i moved to pakistan..but it only shows 2 months record...
do u guys think i shud send it all... and is it enuf for now ?
