When do I qualify for CEC

I am working in closed work permit from Feb 23, 2021. I am not qualified for FSW. When can I create a CEC profile. Should I need to wait one year to complete? People says 6months, 11 months or after one year completion. Not getting a clear pic. Could someone guide me.

for CEC, you would need 1 year of Canadian Experience. It's clear on the CIC website.
