When do I finish Quarantine?

My family and I are on day 12 of our quarantine it is supposed to end this Thursday (Day 14: December 3). Does this mean I get to go outside on day 14 or I am still in quarantine and will only be able to go outside on Day 15?

You have to extend it. May be try talking to landlord personally.

You have to have "14 nights" quarantine.

14th night -> 15th Day = You are good.
13th night -> 14th Day = Nop.
