Background and security checks for someone who has lived in Pakistan and Afghanistan will obviously take a long time. I think you should wait for a request before redoing the medicals, because they might expire again if you do them now.

heyy r u serious how long does it take bc my husband lived in afghanistan and pakistan im soo worried its been 2 months now
