@ sofiasofia

I recently got admission in University of Regina which is in Regina, Saskatchewan, also I applied for the visa and waiting for the outcome.
So let me put some light on your question. Its true that fee's are lower in Saskatchewan compared to other provinces but not as much as half, lets say that if you are paying 24000 CAD for two yrs Masters program, you can pay 20000 for 2 Yrs Masters in Saskatchewan so there really is not much of a difference.
But the good thing is you only need to pay LOA fee's to get admission and you only pay your semester fee when it starts so they don't ask for any advances fee's like in other provinces which release a lot of burden, also both universities offering many different programs and there are many options available.
But getting admission is Saskatchewan universities is difficult because there are only 2 public funded universities in this province, namely University of Regina & University of Saskatchewan, so the competition is tough.

Also note that employers prefer qualifications from their own provinces, unless you are from big 4.
So lets say if you have qualifications from some other province and you are planning to work in Saskatchewan bear in mind that you are bound to face challenges in finding a job, also note that your qualifications and working hours from other provinces wont help you in SNIP,
So if you are planning for SNIP, complete all your qualifications and working hours from this province.

What course are you taking in credit studies? I hope you are not taking some random non credit course, also why the hell are you taking such course when there are so many better and cheaper options available.

Why didn't you tried some Master certificate course? when you are willing to spend 14000 CAD?

Yup....But like I said getting admission in Master level program is competitive, so you better be prepared before you make your application.

It may be better to study in SASK. Now, after reading few selected threads as well as searching on CIC, I am realizing that SASK PNP program is in fact quite easy for students. Work experience could be on/off campus, co-op term/fellow ship. It's something which you won't find in any other PNP program. But again, SASK is a place with one of the highest unemployment rate, issues of aboriginals etc. I have no doubt that for students who are running tight on budget, SASK is one of the best option to pursue education.
