When can i change/quit my job- LMIA Holder

Hello Everyone,

I work in transportation industry and last month LMIA Awarded for immigration purpose (NO work permit) which entitle me for additional 50 points, Now my score is around 460 adn just waiting for WES to be completed.
I heard from a friend that I can change job after receiving ITA documents submission, if that's true please advice me if not what are my current options. I want to change my current job ASAP.

if u r waiting for WES, wait until June may be, and remove LMIA from ur profile. you might get lucky and get ITA with 410 points.

I am pretty sure next draw will be less around 410 cut off and my score without LMIA is 417.
Let say after getting ITA and submission all the documents and receiving confirmed receipt can i able to change my job without getting rejecting or anything compare to submitting LMIA application.
