Dear Members,

When can I apply for Spousal Sponsorship? Just after getting the PR Card or is there some time for which I have to wait before applying for my spouse's sponsorship application?

How long have you been married?

When did you apply for your own PR (and how)?

When did you land?

1 Year. I applied for PR in June 2015 using Express Entry.

I have still not landed in Canada.

If you did not declare your spouse, you MUST add your him/her to your application BEFORE you land (activate) your CoPR.

If you land without declaring your spouse, you will never be able to sponsor him/her.

As long as your spouse was declared on your pr application you can apply to sponsor her as soon as you land. Note that you must be physically present in Canada to apply and remain in Canada throughout the entire sponsorship process. 1-2 week vacations outside of Canada would be permitted.

Right. I forgot to ask if the spouse had been declared (and have updated my previous post).

My spouse is declared. In the CoPR also, her name is mentioned and marked as non-accompanying.
How much time would the process take?

Your questions have already been answered.
The process takes about a year if you apply outland, depending on the VO.
