When Can I apply Citizenship?

I was under Live-in Caregiver Program when I first entered Canada. When can I exactly complete my eligibility requirements to apply for Citizenship?

Date arrived in Canada as Live-in caregiver: February 26, 2009 (accumulated 2 months outside Canada)
Date granted Permanent Residence: May 28, 2015
Apply for Citizenship:?

You have to be permanent resident for 4 years, then you can apply to become a citizen.
