I assume such a long vacation wont be completely paid. Basically any time you take off from work, which is unpaid, will not be counted in your CEC experience. So just make up for that time after you come back. You need 1950 hours AND 12 months of experience.

When i will come back my experience( for example june 2011 to january 2012) will be counted toward my one year experience or not?
I am just worried that do I have to start from very beggining again... Because it is 8 month experience.

Oh yes, definitely it will be counted as long as you were working on your pgwp and got your degree from you university before june 2011. Paid vacation is also counted towards CEC.

I believe information on our T4's will highlight this, and possible discrepency with our employment reference letter stating our annual salary etc.

I agree with R&B about this.
the one year experience counts after you got your degree.

I'd imagine they would have ample resources. Forgot to mention earlier that income history on your SIN will also raise few flags when vacation was unpaid.

Few of us have 2-month long paid vacations in our home country :) Let's just say a curious VO could find out. The T4 doesn't have dates, but it does have cumulative pay, and yours would show that you received less pay than your annual salary, by 2 months. If you left your employer, there would be a Record of Employment with Service Canada that WOULD show the exact dates that you were not paid. Or, the VO could call your employer and verify whether you were working those dates, etc.

Best to just be honest about it, indicate it in the letter of reference, and work the required 12 months.
