I submitted my application on June 16, 2017, and still have not heard anything. My GCMS notes were unhelpful, and did not speed anything up. It's been 6 months since I applied for my GCMS notes.

I cannot find whether or not I have been charged the application fee and other fees. Are you only charged if they accept your application, or what? I checked my status and messages, as the website said, and I didn't see anything. I don't even see which credit card I listed.

If I have been charged, I am ready to go through the probably difficult process of getting a refund, because it has been more than double the promised processing time, and no decision has been made. How do I proceed? Should I withdraw my application to avoid getting charged the fees (if I haven't been already)? Do you get charged anyway even if you withdraw? i can't seem to find any information on this.

Also, if by some crazy stroke of luck my PR application gets approved, and then I decide not to accept, do i still get charged the fees?

Please contact an immigration lawyer (ICCRC member) who can open your application and can push CIC to proceed with your file.

I no longer want CIC to proceed with my file. I want to withdraw my application. The only thing I could find was an online form that you fill out. I did that, but haven't heard anything, and my file is still active.
