When and where can I procure my Letter of Introduction?

I applied online on the 20th of July . They sent me a passport request via my registered mail ID today and told me that the delay with your application was due to technical problems. I've submitted my passport but my MyCic account is still in Meicals " Passed " with no new messages

Am I in the Correct path?
