Hi

When is the best time to get married and add my wife in a way that my score doesn't affected ? My current situation is e-Apr
Medical passed, biometric done, rprf has paid.

Would you please tell me if my spouse needs IELTS exam or not? My current situation is
e-Apr in express entry

Thanks for your reply
Does my wife needs IELTS in this stage??
She would not. You will be sponsoring her as a Canadian spouse.
You'll have to show some funds and tax returns to ensure Canadian government that you are capable of bearing two individuals on your own.

Please let me know whether I should add her before landing or after landing?
After landing.
You become a PR after you land dude. 13-15 days for PR card. Get it, travel back to home country, marry, get back to Canada, work your ass off, sponsor your wife (another 6 months process), recieve her, get home, get going.

I prefer this method because you will be clear in the current year, meanwhile adding you spouse will delay the process (can't say how long) as she has to clear every aspect of profile as you did (and thus a new CRS score). Then medicals, pcc, etc. By that time, the cutoff may soar.

As far as I know if he adds me after COPR and before landing, my visa and COPR will be cancelled. My question is that if I use this method, does my score will recalculate again???

Please rephrase what you want to say.
I read it like two people are talking at the same time

Soorry

As far as I know if I add her after my COPR and before landing, my visa and COPR will be cancelled and they will ask me for some documents.

If i use this method, want to know:
1- which documents they will ask for ( do they ask me for my wife's IELTS as well or not?)

2- if I use the mentioned method do they re calculate my score again??

Score will be recalculated, mandatory documents are medical and PCC. ECA and IELTS are optional (critical for raising CRS).

But I red before that:

Adding after eApr but before landing does not affect scores
Adding before eApr or after ITA but before submission affect scores

Are they correct???☹☹☹

We prefer to land together

Since I have red what I said in my previous comment in this website as well.

Post-eAPR submission. No recalculation will occur and no IETLS is required.
