Lets say a student knows that they are not eligible for a PGWP(ie scholarship) and they marry or co-habit with another international student from same country(Middle East)
Will that student that is NOT eligible for PGWP *easily* get a open work permit just by being married/co-habit with another international student?
Will they have to show its a real relationship?
Also if that student who already knows they not eligible for a PGWP exceeds the 20hours allowed to work on their study permit.will that student get problems to get a open work permit by marrying/co-habit with the other student if they are found out?

As far as I know, South Asia and Middle East country applicants would have troubles for this method. I have seen cases being successful for other applicants eg: Europeans, South Americans etc
