i had many whatsapp messages between my spouse and i to prove as evidence but unfourtantely i had issues with my phone and they all got erased, what do i do?

If you've already tried to restore the chats using the directions here, https://www.whatsapp.com/faq/en/android/20887921, the other alternative is to have your spouse save them from his phone.

Between letters and online correspondence (gchat, whatsapp, skype screens) I sent them 15-20 pages, not more than that. I'd just send them a sample of what you deem more important, maybe spread along the duration of your relationship.

A few people sent in hundreds of pages of chat logs and found out in their GMCS notes that most were unread and shredded. As EmSNYC mentioned, just send in like 15-20 pages of the best content spread out over a long time period.

Chats or anything text-based is low on the importance list for CIC. One, I guess it's just too much material for them to read. Two, things like that in a Word document could have been forged - the whole thing could have been made up. I think all they do is see that you included some chat logs, tick a box, and move on.

CIC is more concerned about content, and not quantity. I would suggest you gather them say it terms of order..Jan,feb,march etc to show a continuous communication.

They read your chat... In my case this happened and if you don't have your whatsapp chat history then ask your spouse to email you and then you can easily save them

Hi guys...I registered today and this is my first time commenting so I'm not sure if I'm even doing this right but we applied for my husband in November of 2013. In august we got news that our file had been sent to POS, 3 weeks ago we got an email requesting whatsapp messages, additional photos, passport stamps since we sent out the application and the birth certificate of our daughter born 2 months ago. Just wondering if anyone else has received this and where we stand in the process. Thanks ! :-*
