To begin with, let me share my situation..
Myself and spouse obtained canadian PR in april 2016 (we did a short landing). Our baby was born in Jan 2017. Now we wish to immigrate with our baby. Hence applied for trv so that the baby can be with us while his PR is processed. We applied twice for his trv first in october 2017, which got refused in 20 days, stating purpose of visit not satisfactory, as there is no proof of return. Next we attached return flight tickets and applied again in December 2017. It got rejected after 45 days.
We applied for trv again in Jan. But now as we already booked our tickets for feb, father will be travelling alone to canada and start the sponsorship application for child. mother and child will have to stay back.
